After hearing the story of how Michael proposed, it only made sense to hold their engagement sesh in the very same place.
These two hiked ages uphill and through winding trails, to get to a stunning lookout over Adelaide. She was entirely unsuspecting of his plans, he was wearing baggy pants to disguise the ring box. Somehow the tourists had all gone home for the day, and they found a little spot to themselves where he then asked, and she agreed, to spend the rest of their days together.
When we got to one of the viewpoints, I understood how magical that moment must have felt. It was so silent and serene, floating above the treetops and looking down on the city below. I’m constantly amazed at the natural beauty of South Australia and all the hidden gems that make photographers and birdwatchers alike jump for joy.
It was so sweet to watch this loved up duo (who were initially unsure of being in front of the camera) really unfold and let their emotions for one another shine through.
Thank you two, for the extra 5,000 steps and tips on where to get the best sushi.
